Begin squatting with your fingertips resting on the floor in front of you. Bring your heels together and point your toes to the sides. Rise on to your toes. Inhale and straighten your legs, keeping your heels lifted. Exhale and lower. Repeat this movement multiple times, staying on your toes throughout the practice. Release.
