Begin lying on your back with your arms alongside your body, palms facing the floor. Exhale and draw your knees toward your chest. Inhale and lift your hips. Support your low back with your hands. Bring your elbows close together. Lift your knees toward the sky, aligning them over the your hips. Slowly straighten your legs upward. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Release your hands to the floor, then carefully roll down onto your back with an exhalation.
