Begin standing with your feet together. Step your left foot back about 3 feet and angle the toes 30 degrees to the left. Press the outer edge of your left foot into the floor. Exhale and bend your right knee, aligning the knee over the toes. Inhale and lift your arms forward and up, palms facing each other. Bring them in line with your ears. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Exhale and release. Change sides.
