Wide legged forward bend - Prasarita padottanasana

Step your feet wide, about 3 feet apart. Place your hands on your hips. Exhale and bend forward with a flat back. Release your hands and rest your fingertips or palms on the floor in between your feet. Anchor the outer edges of your feet to the floor. Relax your neck. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Return your hands to your hips, then inhale and rise with a flat back.
