Sit with your legs crossed in front of you. Inhale and reach your arms out to the sides. Exhale and bend your arms, placing your fingertips in front of your shoulders, thumbs behind. Inhale and bend to the right, touching the elbow to the floor. Exhale and bend to the left, touching the elbow to the floor. Repeat this flowing movement multiple times. Release.
