Begin standing with your feet wide, about 3 feet apart. Turn your right toes 90 degrees to the right and your left toes in slightly. Press the outer edge of your left foot into the floor. Exhale and bend your right knee, aligning the knee over the toes. Inhale and reach your arms out to the sides in line with your shoulders, palms facing the floor. Gaze to the right. Exhale and release. Change sides.
